Do you offer a loan car?
Yes. Free loan cars are available while your car is with us. Mention it when you book so one is set aside for you.
Will a service at GSM affect my new-car warranty?
No. Under Australian Consumer Law you can have your log book service done by an independent workshop without affecting the manufacturer's warranty, as long as it is done to the manufacturer's schedule with suitable parts. We follow the log book and stamp it.
Do I need to book?
Booking ahead means your car is looked at on the day you drop it off and a loan car is ready. Call +61 8 8345 4800 or use the online booking form.
Which makes do you work on?
All makes and models, petrol and diesel, with genuine or manufacturer-equivalent parts.
Will I know the cost before you start?
Yes. We diagnose first, then call you with an estimate. No work goes ahead until you approve it.
